Refund Policy (Philippines) — No Plan B

Thank you for shopping with No Plan B. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1) Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests for eligible items within 7 calendar days from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must have original tags/labels attached

  • Must be in original packaging (if applicable)

  • Must include proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

2) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund (unless incorrect/damaged upon arrival):

  • Underwear, socks, bodysuits, swimwear

  • Items marked Final Sale / Clearance / Promo

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear

3) Return Reasons We Accept

We accept returns for:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Wrong size/color sent

  • Item arrived damaged or defective

  • Missing items in the parcel

  • Manufacturing defect (e.g., stitching issues)

Change of mind returns;

  • Must meet the eligibility conditions above and return shipping is shouldered by the customer.

  • We currently do not accept returns for change of mind

4) Exchanges (Size/Color)

We offer exchanges for size/color within 7 calendar days subject to stock availability.

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item/defect), we cover shipping.

  • If the exchange is due to customer preference (wrong size selected), the customer covers shipping both ways.

5) How to Request a Return/Exchange

Email us at noplanbclo@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photos/video (required for damaged/defective/wrong item claims)

  • Preferred resolution (refund, exchange, store credit)

We will reply within 1–3 business days with instructions.

6) Return Shipping

  • Returns must be shipped back to our return address in Talisay City, Philippines:
    Unit 2, Lot 8-B, Abucejo Subdivision, Linao Talisay

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable courier. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

7) Inspection & Approval

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item within 2–5 business days.
If approved, your refund/exchange will be processed.

If a returned item does not meet eligibility requirements, we may:

  • Reject the return, or

  • Send the item back (shipping cost to be shouldered by the customer)

8) Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (when possible) or via GCash/bank transfer/store credit depending on the payment channel.

  • Processing time: 5–15 business days (timing may vary by bank/payment provider).

Note: Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9) Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled after placing the order as long as it has not been packed/shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will follow the return process if eligible.

10) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the customer provides an incorrect/incomplete address or is unavailable to receive the parcel:

  • The customer is responsible for any re-delivery fees.

  • If the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer.
