Shipping Policy (Talisay City, Philippines) — No Plan B

This Shipping Policy explains how No Plan B processes and ships orders within the Philippines and internationally (if applicable).

1) Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Philippine holidays).
During peak seasons, sales, or product drops, processing may take longer.

Cut-off time: Orders placed after 4pm PHT will be processed the next business day.

2) Shipping Origin

All orders ship from Talisay City, Philippines.

3) Domestic Shipping (Philippines)

We deliver nationwide via our courier partners LBC / J&T / Ninja Van / etc.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Cebu (Metro Cebu): 1–3 business days

  • Visayas (outside Cebu): 2–5 business days

  • Mindanao: 3–7 business days

  • Luzon: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, and local restrictions.

4) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

  • Promotional shipping offers may be time-limited.

5) Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

6) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are complete and correct.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

7) Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Refusal to accept parcel

The customer will shoulder re-delivery or re-shipping fees.

8) Damaged Parcels / Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Email noplanbclo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos/videos of:

    • The package (including waybill)

    • The item(s) received

    • Any damage

Claims submitted beyond this timeframe may not be approved.
